Human beings are not always logical and it turns out that there are two systems in our brains for processing information and making decisions. Kahneman explains the science behind the discovery of these two systems and demonstrates empirically that they exist. Even though I learned much of this science in grad school, in Psychology, I found the story very entertaining and the explanations quite approachable for the non scientist. I find the mistakes we make when we use the wrong thinking system quite fascinating.
