This is probably the strangest coffee table book I have ever encountered. It is a large format book of incomprehensible code combined with diagrams and art work of such detail that it is, at first glance, hard to believe it is not real. Then the reader looks more carefully at the drawings and the "text" and begins to wonder what kind of mad man put this together. Is this an art book? Is it an artifact? One thing is for certain: Luigi Serafini is one really creative guy, and I suspect, a little twisted. This book is a blast to peruse casually and it is also fun to analyze the bizarre lexicon.
